I'm so happy to post this after the DD I got on my last doll of them:
Also, I'm not sure if Orrin is happier to have Elenna or to almost have her boobs in his face. >:
Funny story is that I was working on this a day or two before I got the DD I had just been taking a break to get ready for classes. XD
Anyway, I've worked out their story a little more now. So the reason that they have both human and dragon heritage is that centuries before humans and dragons killed eachother. The dragons decided that intermingling the two species would stop the fighting. So some dragons (not all were of the crystal variety like these too) took on human form and mated with humans.
The two species fought less but the resulting hybrid were seen as an oddity by the humans. Unfortunately the humans managed to kill off most of the dragons and the ones who did survive were usually the ones to who bred with humans. Once their human mate would die they would transform back into dragons and protect their descendants which would grow into specific clans of daegons.
These two in particular are from two different clans that live close together. And were raised together as children and that eventually led to other things. :3
